Website and product information
Public material describes current capabilities and product direction. Live API contracts and payment requirements are authoritative for NexusEval machine services. Product descriptions do not guarantee revenue, rankings, conversion, compliance or universal safety outcomes.
Commercial engagements
Custom work and enterprise engagements require explicit scope and commercial agreement. A payment link or invoice reflects an agreed transaction; it does not itself expand the written scope.
Automated outputs
Evaluation and utility outputs are automated and bounded by the implemented checks. Professional legal, financial, regulatory or security judgment remains the responsibility of the relevant qualified party where required.
