Immortal Dynasty collects only the information needed to review and respond to private briefing requests, operate this website, protect it from abuse and understand site performance when a visitor consents to analytics.
Information we collect
When you submit a briefing request, we may collect your name, work email, role, organization, country, referral source, continuity need and the context you choose to provide. We also process limited security data such as a pseudonymous network identifier and reCAPTCHA risk score to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your request, maintain a record of correspondence, protect the service, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell briefing-request information or use it for third-party advertising.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We configure it without Google signals or advertising personalization. You may choose “Essential only” and continue using the website and form.
Storage and retention
Briefing requests are stored in Google Cloud infrastructure and delivered to the Immortal Dynasty Workspace mailbox. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for review, correspondence, security and legal purposes. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Sharing
We may use infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud and Google Workspace to host, secure and deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal and security retention requirements, by emailing admin@immortal-dynasty.com.
Security
We use transport encryption, access controls, abuse protection, restricted database rules, secret management and logging. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and this website should not be used to transmit highly sensitive family, legal, medical or financial records.
