Principles
Bounded claims. Say exactly what a check evaluates; do not pretend one score proves universal safety.
Independent control. Keep the trust boundary separable from the agent being governed.
Machine-readable first. Decisions, policies and evidence should be callable by software.
Proof over theater. Link to live contracts and operational surfaces rather than inventing vanity metrics.
What exists today
NexusEval is live and provides the working foundation: public discovery, deterministic utilities, paid x402 routes, evaluation outputs and operational endpoints. Immortal Gate, Trust Score and Proof Receipts are the broader product system being built around that engine.
