Scope
Refund eligibility depends on the written scope, the service status and applicable law. Custom engagements may include non-refundable work already performed or third-party costs where clearly agreed.
Requesting a review
Email admin@immortal-dynasty.com with the payment/order reference and reason for the request. We will review it against the agreed scope and applicable payment-provider status.
Machine services
For x402 machine services, the live resource contract and settlement state govern delivery. An unpaid HTTP 402 challenge is not a completed purchase.
